“Today, tens of thousands of citizens in the streets, decentralized, without any guidance, exercise demonstrations. Similar demonstrations are also being held in provinces. I was informed that highways were blocked in Ijevan, and Vanadzor”, Lena Nazaryan, a member of the “Civil Contract” party, shortly before announced on Nikol Pashinyan’s Facebook page via live stream.
She noted that she again conveys the call of the leader of the movement, Nikol Pashinyan, to continue the peaceful protest actions.
“We just were informed that Nikol Pashinyan is in the detention centre of Yerevan. MPs Ararat Mirzoyan, Sasun Mikayelyan, Tigran Avinyan, David Sanasaryan, Armen Grigoryan and Levon Barseghyan are also in detention” the MP announced.
