The President of the “Founding Parliament”, Garegin Chugaszyan was noticed in public in 23rd of April, during the rally. Yesterday he visited the Armenian Genocide memorial complex together with his friends from the “Founding Parliament” to pay tribute to the victims of the Genocide. When stepping down from the memorial complex, he was met by the police and taken to prison.
