The President of the Russian Federation congratulated Nikol Pashinyan on being elected as Prime Minister of Armenia and wished him every success in this responsible position.
The interlocutors expressed readiness to continue making joint efforts for the furtherance of the Armenian-Russian strategic partnership and deepening of integration processes. They stressed that these issues will be discussed in detail in the framework of the May 31 meeting of the Heads of EAEU-member States.
In turn, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan warmly congratulated Vladimir Putin on assuming the office of RF President and wished him further success in the implementation of his public duties. Taking the opportunity, the Armenian Premier congratulated the Russian President on the 73rd anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
Earlier today, the President of Russia had sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
