Member of Armenian Revolutionary Federation, Armen Babayan has submitted an application for renouncing his mandate. “Dear Mr. Babloyan, guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Articles N. 154 and 155 of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, I submit my resignation,” is mentioned in his application.

Let us notice that Armen Babayan is non-partisan. The next person in the proportional list is the member of ARF Bureau, Spartak Seyranyan.
