President Armen Sarkissian received today the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Republic of Armenia Mr. Eiji Taguchi who is concluding his diplomatic mission in our country.
The President thanked Ambassador Taguchi – the first resident Ambassador of Japan – for his contribution to the development of the Armenian-Japanese relations and efficient work during his tenure.
The parties exchanged views on the deepening of cultural ties and enhanced cooperation in the areas of high and precise technologies.
Ambassador Taguchi noted that he would always be Armenia’s and Armenian people’s friend.
