Tsarukyan-Nikol Pashinyan’s preliminary arrangements, which have not yet been officially confirmed, are currently around 5 ministerial portfolios: Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Nature Protection, Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs, Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies.
In an interview with Aravot.am Gevorg Petrosyan, a member of the “Tsarukyan” alliance, said that these ministerial portfolios, in his personal opinion, are not enough: “In my deepest conviction, Mr. Tsarukyan’s recent political stance allows for morally and legally a wider circle of executive power. For example, I am deeply convinced that Mr. Tsarukyan has the moral right to assume the responsibility of the entire social sphere: education, health and labor and social issues”.
Gevorg Petrosyan said that Tsarukyan has made a significant contribution in the formation of a new government, in the change of power and has a moral right to take over a wider area of responsibility than these 4-5 ministries: “At least 1/3 of the government, 17 ministries, must belong to the “Prosperous Armenia Party”.
