Shortly before, the President has signed Nikol Pashinyan’s proposal on appointing new ministers. In particular, Arayik Harutyunyan has been appointed as the Minister of Education and Science, Davit Tonoyan – the Minister of Defence, Suren Papikyan – the Minister of Territorial Administration and Development, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan – the Minister of Diaspora.
