Ruben Hayrapetyan, President of the Football Federation of Armenia, told reporters not to ask him any political questions. When a journalist tried to inquire about the continuity of his office, Hayrapetyan interrupted him: “The paths you are walking with open eyes, I have passed with closed eyes”.
The journalist wanted to ask Hayrapetyan if he intends to continue his office. In response, Ruben Hayrapetyan said: “The office of the Football Federation President is a public office, not political”.
Then Ruben Hayrapetyan added: “How do you imagine me leaving by someone’s order? I have a problem to solve when I am done with it, then I will decide what to do. There is no one to make me leave. If you did not know, now you do”.
