“The agricultural loans are relatively affordable than other loans. They are used starting from buying flight tickets to doing engagement or army conscription celebrations,” said the newly appointed Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia, Artur Khachatryan today.
During the latest session of the Government, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had spoken of the amnesty of agricultural loans. The journalists asked the Minister if steps were undertaken towards that. The Minister replied that the mass amnesty is not right. “We should have a look and understand which loans were taken for truly agricultural aims,” said Artur Khachatryan.
