Yesterday, the decision to abolish the preventative detention of Garo Yegnukian was published. The court has decided to release Yegnukian on bail of 10.000.000 AMD.

Let us remind you that the supporter of the “Founding Parliament” opposition movement, diasporan-Armenian Garo Yegnukian is accused of assisting “Sasna Tsrer” armed group. The mentioned decision of the court implied that Garo Yegnukian will not henceforth attend the court hearings as a detainee.
