Member of the Republican faction Gevorg Kostanyan considers the government’s plan a “memorandum of goals” in terms of the law. In an interview with journalists in the parliament, he said that he did not see any methodology and action in that program.
“If we generally define the government’s action plan, it is a contract between the government and the National Assembly, between the government and the people. In other words, the meaning of government’s action plan is as follows: the government shows the parliament, therefore, also the people what it is going to do and how. When the National Assembly approves the government’s plan, it gives the government the opportunity to implement those plans and goals”, said Gevorg Kostanyan.
According to him, if the Republican faction approves the government’s action plan, it will also be considered as the approval of the extraordinary election plan.
