Aram Manukyan, defendant on “Sasna Tsrer” case, the same case as his father, freedom fighter Pavel Manukyan, was released yesterday under the decision of judge Arshak Vardanyan.
Let us remind you that today a set of MPs signed a recommendation letter for him. The court had taken into account not only the recommendation letters, but also the fact that Aram Manukyan had health issues.
Under the decision of the court, he is released on bail of 500.000 AMD.
Aram Manukyan is accused of acquiring, keeping, using arms and weapons illegally and occupying buildings, taking hostages, seizing weapons and destroying properties intentionally within the membership of the armed group occupied the police patrol of the Republic of Armenia.
