Edmon Marukyan, MP from “Yelq” bloc, considers the debate evolved around the compulsory funded pension system between Artsvik Minasyan and Nikol Pashinyan normal, inasmuch as the question is arguable itself and has been in the process of discussion for a long time.
Let us remind you that Edmon Marukyan was against the compulsory component of the system and regarded it to be anti-constitutional.
The journalists referred to the incident taken place yesterday the ministers having a divergent opinion on any issue in the executive will be constrained from now onwards.
Edmon Marukyan did not agree: “At least for a year I have worked with Nikol Pashinyan as a faction leader and there has been no case that Pashinyan has not tolerated an opinion. Any minister will dare to express his/her opinion, because if the multiplicity of opinions and crash of opinions, then the Government cannot progress.”
