Career development, customer services and communication skills will be the focus of a series of training courses organised in July for staff of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) working in the food processing and tourism sectors in the Armenian regions of Lori, Syunik and Armavir.
Organised within the EU-funded ‘Boosting competitiveness of regional SMEs’ project, the courses will offer an opportunity to improve the participants’ career management capabilities and acquire skills that will increase their motivation, management and leadership abilities and skills, thus contributing to their employability.
Jobseekers from the tourism industry will acquire technology knowledge and relevant practical skills in customer service and hospitality management. The courses will be conducted by experienced professionals with highly interactive methods, including group discussions, role-play exercises and case studies.
The courses in ‘Customer Development’ and ‘Customer services and communication skills’ will take place in each of the following cities: Vanadzor and Alaverdi (Lori region), Armavir (Armavir region), and Goris (Syunik region).
