The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin hinted his colleague from Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev that Moscow is a good opportunity to get acquainted with “someone”, most possibly implying the newly elected PM of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan. “I am hopeful that you will pass a useful and interesting time in Moscow. By saying interesting I mean that the game will be beautiful, and useful, inasmuch as a lot of your colleagues from other countries are here and there is an opportunity to meet with them and get acquainted,” said the Russian President, Vladimir Putin to the President of Azerbaijan, adding that Aliyev could discuss the topics he was interested in with his CIS colleagues.
Let us remind you, Aliyev has visited Moscow to take part in the opening ceremony of World Football Cup. Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan has visited Moscow with the same aim as well.
