Let us remind you that yesterday the Press Secretary to the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Peskov announced that no meeting between the President of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Armenia was envisaged in Moscow, inasmuch as the President of the Republic of Armenia had not arrived in Moscow.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was in Moscow and pursuant to the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, Artsakh issue negotiations shall be henceforth led by the PM.
“Yesterday it came to the fore that Aliyev is not ready for negotiations and Azerbaijan is for the military solution of the issue. We should be ready for that,” said Tevan Poghosyan.
