Tigran Abrahamyan, the Advisor to the President of the Republic of Artsakh has referred to Azerbaijan’s active operations on the Line of Contact recently.
He states April 12 can be regarded as the launch of this phase of Azerbaijani mobilization. Mr Abrahamyan further explains that the adversary has become more active on the frontline, which is manifested in the move of military equipment, accumulations, active engineering works, attempts of having an influence on Armenian and Artsakh societies, propagation by choosing all possible targets.
“For over a week the mobilization was manifested in the active move of military equipment and accumulations (past week). It is already 2 months active engineering works are carried out on the frontline.” He then mentioned that the special units were rather active this week.
