“Bright Armenia” party does not accept Mane Tandilyan’s renouncement application, said the president of the party, Edmon Marukyan today.
Let us remind you that in line with submitting an application for resignation from the position of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Mane Tandilyan had also submitted an application on renouncing her membership from”Bright Armenia” party.
“Pashinyan has not signed Mane Tandilyan’s application, we will not sign her application renouncing her membership as well,” said Edmon Marukyan. He said the position of “Bright Armenia” party coincides with the PM’s position, consequently, Mane Tandilyan will further remain in the office. All announcements against compulsory funded pension system voiced formerly remain in power. “The page of the system’s improvements is not closed. A package of draft law will be presented to the Parliament. We are going to do everything for the system to meet the needs of the citizens,” he said, adding that there is no need to panic on the event of the law’s entry into force at the moment.
