“That the Azerbaijani side has mobilized its forces on the neutral zone is not a secret, we have announced about it too. Neutral zone does not mean the territory of Armenian side,” referring to the rumors implying that the Armenian side has lost its positions near Nakhijevan, said the Spokesman of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia, Artsrun Hovhannisyan.
“Azerbaijani side has not advanced at the expense of our positions,” he summed up.
