“The court satisfied my arbitration and replaced Gagik Hovakimyan’s preventive detention with signature bond,’ informed Mushegh Shushanyan, the advocate of “Sasna Tsrer” group member Gagik Hovakimyan.
As reported by Mr. Shushanyan, the arbitration he presented was the following: “I had presented an arbitration on the ground implying that if the court found there was a risk that he (Gagik Hovakimyan – ed.) could make actions against law beyond preventive detention, then his advocate would guarantee the signature bond.”
Let us mention that today the court hearing on the criminal cases of 11 “Sasna Tsrer” members – Armen Lambaryan, Ashot Petrosyan, Artur Melkonyan, Tigran Sargsyan, Artur Soghomonyan, Garnik Hovakimyan, Hovhannes Vardanyan, Manvel Atoyan, Vardges Gevorgyan, Garo Yegnukian Khachatur Gichyan took place.
As already informed, “Sasna Tsrer” member Armen Lambaryan was released on bail of 500.000 AMD.
