Armenian famous painter in Poland, President of the Armenian Union of Gdansk, Gagik Parsamian, together with several supporters, organizes international plenary in Armenia for the second time. This year the participants were from Poland, Lithuania, Armenia, Latvia, Georgia, and Russia.
The works were presented at the National Gallery of Armenia. “All artists take great love with them, expecting that they will have the opportunity to feel Armenia next time also”, said Gagik Parsamian.
He said that the painters visited Aghavnadzor, Sisian, Tegher, and toured through many sights of Armenia. They have lived in Armenia for eleven days and as one of the foreign painters noted, they love our country with their heart.
Gagik Parsamian said that everything was in harmony with the Armenian awakening and the evidence of which are the created paintings.
The event was attended by the Minister of Education, the Ambassador of Poland to Armenia, the Rector of the Pedagogical University and others. Director of the National Gallery of Armenia Arman Tsaturyan informed that the artists donated part of the works to the gallery.
Armenian famous artist Paravon Mirzoyan noted that the event was also important in terms of establishment of contacts between well-known artists and students.
