Russian blogger Alexander Lapshin published a photo on his Facebook page with Armenian President Armen Sarkissian, noting that he is a very cheerful and open-minded person:
“I got acquainted with Armenian President Armen Sarkissian in Washington. To my surprise, he is an open-minded, cheerful person, without any formalities, which is typical of the states’ top officials.
P.S. Let us wait for Azerbaijani media publications tomorrow: “Lapshin gave himself away. Victorious Oil-land intelligence found a photo with the president, which means he definitely receives money from the Dashnaks”, he wrote. Armen Sarkissian is on a three-day official visit to Washington.
