Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II calls on the believers to stop their initiative of making a pilgrimage to St. Ejmiatsin.
A group demanding the resignation of the Catholicos has announced about the pilgrimage to Mayravank. In order to avoid of provocations and the likelihood of offending the feelings of the believers, Catholicos Garegin II asks the pilgrim believers to stay in their churches and pray for the stability of the church and welfare.
Let us remind you that the initiators of the protests demanding the resignation of the Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II have organized a rally in the central square of Ejmiatsin on June 30.
