On 30 June President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on releasing Vazgen Mikayelyan from the post of the minister of nature protection and natural resources upon his own request.
Responsibilities of the minister of nature protection and natural resources have been temporarily assigned to the first deputy minister of nature protection and natural resources Arthur Gabrielyan.
