On 11 July Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received minister of territorial administration and development of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan to discuss issues related to the cooperation between the two Armenian states in the corresponding sphere.

Artsakh Republic state minister Grigori Martirosyan and minister of agriculture Zhirayr Mirzoyan were present at the meeting.
