Attempts to provoke disorders in Ganja and violation of stability in the country testify that there are external forces that are not in favor of Azerbaijan’s development. The official representative of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, Hikmet Hajiyev, stated this, referring to the protests in Ganja, where two policemen were killed.
“These events in Ganja proved that not only Armenia but also some other external forces are concerned about the development of Azerbaijan”, said Hajiyev.
Hajiyev noted that while “Azerbaijan is in a state of war, the killing of a police officer is a national treason”.
Let us remind that the demonstrators killed two policemen during a protest on July 10 in Ganja.
