Aravot.am inquired from Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan whether what percentage of the Russian arms supplies to Armenia, under the 200 million dollars loan program, has reached Armenia. “The 200 million dollars loan program has been fully implemented, there is continuity”, said the Minister.
In response to our remark that there have been criticisms as if Russia supplies arms of the 1970s and 1980s, and even the 60’s to Armenia, Davit Tonoyan said: “That is not so, the arms they supply are modern and up-to-date”.
