Gagik Tsarukyan’s chief bodyguard Eduard Babayan will remain in custody. In an interview with Aravot.am, “Tsarukyan” faction MP Iveta Tonoyan said that the court rejected the petition for Eduard Babayan’s release. Vyacheslav Harutyunov, who was recognized as a victim of the case, was questioned.
Let us remind that Eduard Babayan has been arrested for 22 days so far. He is accused of beating Harutyunov. Immediately after the incident, Vyacheslav Harutyunov denied his testimony. He continues to deny so far. After the session, Vyacheslav Harutyunov expressed hope for a fair judgment so that Eduard Babayan is released from custody.
