Mnatsakanyan is more professional than Nalbandian: Mammadyarov

According to Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov, newly appointed Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan is a more professional diplomat than Edward Nalbandian.

Mammadyarov noted that he met Mnatsakanyan recently, during which they got acquainted with each other. In response to the question whether what the difference between Nalbandian and Mnatsakanyan is, Mammadyarov said that the newly appointed Minister is more professional.

Mnatsakanyan-Mammadyarov meeting took place on July 11 in Brussels.
