In an exclusive interview, in response to the question whether the issue of limiting his mobility is being discussed, former Armenian President Robert Kocharyan expressed his surprise:
“They are discussing my detention in the court. That is, the first President of Karabakh Republic, the second President of Armenia, during whose tenure Karabakh had victories and formed a security zone, and the Armenian economy grew for five times, can be arrested for false charges. I imagine how Azerbaijan will rejoice that moment. Grant them that gift!”.
