“Tsarukyan” faction MPs Naira Zohrabyan, Vahe Enfiajyan, and Sergey Bagratyan submitted personal recommendations to the court during the session on “Sasna Tsrer” case to change detention as a preventive measure against Sergey Kyureghyan and Tigran Manukyan.
The MPs confirmed their recommendation, assuring that they were responsible for the consequences. The session hall applauded to the MPs. Before the session Naira Zohrabyan approached Pavlik Manukyan’s son, Aram Manukyan, and talked to him for a few minutes.
The judge made a decision to accept the recommendation as a ground and satisfy the petition releasing the defendants. The next session is scheduled for September 14, at 11 a.m.
Let us remind that the majority of the members of the “Sasna Tsrer” armed group, who seized the Police regiment in 2016, are in freedom. The other members of the armed group are accused of keeping weapons illegally, occupying buildings and taking hostages
