The Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Alexander Fomin denied the information published by “Kommersant”, holding that Russia could interrupt the process of arms supply to Armenia upon $ 100 million loan agreement, announcing: “It is a non-reliable information, everything works.”

The same was confirmed by also the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia, Davit Tonoyan, saying that the $ 100 million loan agreement with Russian Federation on arms supply to Armenia was in process and produced.
