The Secretary-General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, Yuri Khachaturov has returned to Moscow and taken on his duties since August 4, informs CSTO official website, where the CSTO spokesman, Vladimir Zaynetdinov, writes: “CSTO Secretary General, Yuri Khachaturov has returned from Yerevan to Moscow and taken on his all duties and responsibilities since August 4.”
