Under the decision of judge Mesrop Makyan, defendant Gagik Yeghiazaryan from “Sasna Tsrer” armed group case is released from detention.
The release is grounded by the recommendations of the MPs. Gagik Yeghiazaryan, as the most part of the group members, is accused of keeping illegal arms and weapons, occupying buildings of military significance and taking hostages.
Before the occupation of police patrol regiment, he stood out for his civil activeness, participating in a set of rallies and initiatives.
