“Robert Kocharyan will not be able to avoid justice”, said Vladimir Karapetyan, Chairman of the Armenian National Congress Foreign Relations Committee.
“I am sure that Kocharyan, the executioner of the right to speech, of the freedom of speech, during whose tenure March 1 massacre took place, will not be able to avoid the liability”, said Karapetyan.
The Armenian National Congress member does not consider it surprising that more than 40 MPs have signed a petition for Robert Kocharyan. He was expecting more than that: “They had to block the streets, talk on TV, to praise and protect the person who had helped them accumulate wealth during their power”.
