After the government session, journalists asked Arthur Vanetsyan, head of the National Security Service, whether the rumors as if Armen Ashotyan, as former Minister of Education and Science, was invited to the National Security Service for interrogation are true. Mr. Vanetsyan said it is not true.
Touching upon the “Yerevan” fund issue, the head of the National Security Service said that the relevant department of the Ministry of Finance has made preliminary calculations and there is certain information about embezzlements. According to him, the fund has embezzled 1 billion 807 million drams at this point.
