The Court of Criminal Appeals of the Republic of Armenia decided that President Robert Kocharyan should not remain in detention, the arbitration was satisfied. Kocharyan is released from detention. He left the court in the car serving to him. Let us remind you that the Court of Appeals was examining the complaints of changing preventive measure of Kocharyan, the detention, for releasing him on bail.
After the hearing Kocharyan’s advocate, Ruben Sahakyan, said that the Court had terminated the decision of the Court of First Instance on the ground that Kocharyan was indefeasible, he used his indefeasible right of use.
