The Foreign Minister of Russia, Sergey Lavrov, has met with his Turkish colleague, Mevlut Cavusoglu, during which they have referred to also Artsakh Issue, among other ones.
As reported by the Azerbaijani service of “Sputnik”, the parties have discussed the common approaches of the peaceful solutions to conflicts, Syrian and Artsakh encompassed in the joint press conference succeeding the meeting.
Russia’s Foreign Minister has also highly estimated that Turkey has refused to join the sanctions against Russia, mentioning that Russia and Turkey both conduct independent external politics.
