Asked why Ruben Hayrapetyan’s name was not on the list of officials who received an outfit from the Ministry of Defense on March 1, 2008, former member of the Fact-Finding Group Andranik Kocharyan had told: “These documents were sent to the group by Levon Zurabyan”.
“Zhoghovurd” daily asked Armenian National Congress Vice President Levon Zurabyan to clarify: “Indeed, that was the case. I have sent it to the Fact-Finding Group through an official letter”.
In response to the question whether initially Ruben Hayrapetyan’s name was on the list and was removed later, Zurabyan noted: “No. I sent the list as it was when I received it. I received it as the coordinator of the Congress and sent it to the Group through an official letter. That is a document written by the authorities. We have sent it the way it was”.
