As Former President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan gave an interview to Yerkir Media TV.
Kocharyan believes what happened in Armenia in April 2018 is not a revolution: “Let 500.000 people gather in their rallies. But that is not the vast majority. We should give an opportunity to people to voice their opinion. If the majority is 100.000 that means 190.000 people are living in Armenia which is not true. That group of people is so active and aggressive that they do not let others voice their opinions.”
Robert Kocharyan stated what happened in Armenia cannot not to have influence in Artsakh. But he did not want to comment as according to him, he has not been in Artsakh recently and does not have information from the first hand.
