Nikol Pashinyan announced on his Facebook page, “Police forces will begin to carry out combat duties at the Armenia-Azerbaijan border, taking the place of contract soldiers. I went to the solemn ceremony to send the forces to the border. I wish everyone a good and victorious service.”
