Republican Party faction leader Vahram Baghdasaryan was asked by reporters if he had information regarding whether or not Serzh Sargsyan was investigated by the Special Investigation Service of Armenia (SIS) for the events of March 1st and whether or not they had spoken. Vahram Baghdasaryan responded, “You have the same amount of information from the media as we do. If an official step is taken, you will know.”
Regarding the question about whether or not it is true that Serzh Sargsyan is preparing to leave Armenia with his family, Baghdasaryan said, “That’s a myth.”
When asked whether he foresees collaboration with the current authorities, Vahram Baghdasaryan stated that they collaborate very well now, and if they didn’t, the work of the National Assembly and government wouldn’t have been as normal as it is now.
