The Precinct Electoral Commission (PEC) made a decision to invite the International Center of Electoral Systems (ICES) to be observers at the Yerevan City Council elections
The Central Electoral Commission established the distribution of the leaders and secretaries of the PEC among the political parties and political alliances in the National Assembly.
The 475 precinct electoral commission leaders and secretaries for the upcoming elections are distributed as follows:
Republican Party of Armenia: 262
“Tsarukyan” political party alliance: 140
“Yelq” political party alliance: 41
Armenian Revolutionary Federation: 32
Applications to become members of the precinct electoral commission will be accepted from September 3rd until the 5th until 6:00 PM.
