Bako Sahakyan partook at festive events marking 27th anniversary of NKR proclamation

On 2 September Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan partook at the festive events marking the 27^th anniversary of the NKR proclamation.

President Sahakyan together with President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sargsyan visited the Stepanakert Memorial Complex, laid wreaths and flowers to the tombs of freedom fighters martyred for the Artsakh independence and freedom and the memorial of first chairman of the NKR National Assembly Arthur Mkrtchyan.

Artsakh Republic second President Arkady Ghoukasyan, primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, National Assembly chairman Ashot Ghoulyan, state minister Grigori Martirosyan, high-ranking officials from Artsakh and Armenia, representatives from the Diaspora and foreign guests partook at the events.
