The Russian-Turkish agreement regarding the Russian surface-to-air “S-400” Triumf system continues to remain at the center of attention of several countries. The agreement states that Moscow will send the first group of the system to Turkey in 2019.
The American CNBC channel announced noteworthy information on the subject. Based on a report made by American intelligence services several months ago, the television channel announced that Turkey is conducting preliminary work to install the Russian systems.
