The meeting between Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin took place in the Kremlin in Moscow. As Russian media outlets stated, Nikol Pashinyan emphasized at the beginning of the meeting that Armenian-Russian relations have been notable throughout the centuries. “Today, our relations are advancing in all aspects, especially in political, military, economic, and security arenas.”
Nikol Pashinyan also emphasized, “Despite the pessimism expressed in Armenian and Russian media outlets, as well as on social media, I think that our relations are dynamically advancing in natural ways. There is unused potential in our relations. I trust that there are no problems in Armenian-Russian relations that do not have a solution.”
Vladimir Putin also said that Armenian-Russian relations are advancing consistently and in all arenas. This was Putin’s and Pashinyan’s third meeting.
