On September 7, the RA National Assembly continued the work of the extraordinary session and debated in the second reading the legislative initiative on Making Amendments and Addendum to the RA Criminal Procedure Code on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Criminal Code authored by the government and on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Code on Administrative Infringements.
The First Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan informed that all proposals made by the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and Protection of Human Rights, as well as by the deputies.
Regarding the improved legislative draft laws the MPs Gevorg Kostanyan, Edmon Marukyan, Karine Atshemyan and the RA NA Deputy Speaker Arpine Hovhannisyan delivered speeches.
The legislative initiative was passed in the second reading and completely with 82 votes.
Covering the agenda the parliament ended the work of the extraordinary session.
