“The situation is stable. There is no reason to worry,” Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan told reporters regarding Azerbaijan firing on the village of Baghanis in the Tavush region.
He stated that Azerbaijan periodically violates the ceasefire. “Our Armed Forces reacts to that and the situation stabilizes.” According to Davit Tonoyan, the gunshots towards border villages increase when agricultural or engineering work continues. “Sometimes, they fire for no reason,” he said.
