Instead of using the video of the secretly recorded conversation between National Security Service head Artur Vanetsyan and Special Investigation Service head Sasun Khachatryan, the EuroNews television channel used a meme that is spreading across social media that features a supposed conversation between former Speaker of the National Assembly Galust Sahakyan and SIS head Sasun Khachatryan. Instead of the real conversation, this is what was written:
Sasun Khachatryan: Galust, why aren’t you speaking?
Galust “Wise”-yan: Because whenever I’m alone, I prefer to be silent through several people.
However, this was not sufficient enough for the television channel. It added another famous meme of a conversation between the NSS and SIS heads that second President Robert Kocharyan is also participating in.
