Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, during a meeting with French-Armenians, said that the court system during the third republic was one of the most corrupted.
“When I assumed the role of Prime Minister, I said that I need to cease the practice of giving orders from Baghramyan 26 to judges… The judges are unable to handle all of that. We said that we won’t give orders, but we also won’t allow the people who gave you orders to give orders any longer during your work. I said that the changes will be evaluated by the court system, and our court system will finally be able to be completely independent,” Nikol Pashinyan said.
